This October we will be holding an Emergency Response Drill at our Peterborough facility at 1160 Monaghan Road and our Toronto facility at 1025 Lansdowne Avenue. 

Like many businesses, we regularly conduct drills to ensure our employees know what to do to in the event of an emergency. 

Peterborough and Toronto Fire Services will be on-site to participate in the October drills. We provide emergency services with training about our facilities and involve them in drills to ensure that any response to an emergency will be coordinated. 

There are no requirements for the public as they relate to our drills, because there are no credible accident scenarios that require public evacuation or sheltering in place. We practice drills regularly to ensure that our internal team, employees and local first responders are aware of their role in an emergency.  

We anticipate the Peterborough drill to occur on October 25, 2021 and the Toronto drill to occur on October 27, 2021. We will keep our website and social media channels up-to-date as plans may change due to weather and/or availability of first responders. On the drill day we will also hang a banner along the fence out front of the facility to inform those passing by that a drill is occurring.
