LYNCHBURG, Va. – BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE:BWXT) announced today that Heatherly H. Dukes has been named president of BWXT Technical Services Group, Inc. (TSG).

Dukes has 31 years of nuclear industry experience, including leadership in diverse management roles for projects, engineering, facility operations, maintenance, waste management and decommissioning and demolition (D&D). She started with BWXT in 1995 and has since worked at various U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) sites in roles of increasing responsibility, most notably at the Savannah River Site, the West Valley Demonstration Project and the Portsmouth Site.

She has most recently served as TSG’s chief operating officer (COO), providing BWXT oversight and governance for more than a dozen DOE and NASA facilities with an annual contract value of approximately $7 billion.

Dukes will report to BWXT Nuclear Services Group President Ken Camplin.

Dukes earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Florida.
