BWX Technologies Reports Record Third Quarter 2019 Results; Increases Full-Year 2019 Non-GAAP EPS Guidance

LYNCHBURG, Va.-(BUSINESS WIRE)-BWX Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BWXT) ("BWXT", "we", "us" or the "Company") reported third quarter 2019 revenue of $506 million, a new quarterly record for the Company and an 18.9% increase compared with $426 million in the third quarter of 2018. GAAP net income for the third quarter 2019 was $74.8 million, or $0.78 per diluted share, compared with GAAP net income of $77.9 million, or $0.78 per diluted share, in the prior-year period. Non-GAAP net income for the third quarter 2019 was $75.3 million, or $0.79 per diluted share, compared with non-GAAP net income of $40.1 million, or $0.40 per diluted share, in the prior-year period.
